RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of June 14, 2007 No. 151

About approval of the Instruction about procedure for rendering assistance in the household and labor device to persons exempted from serving sentence in the form of imprisonment

Based on Article 192 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for rendering assistance in the household and labor device to persons exempted from serving sentence in the form of imprisonment.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2001 No. 224 "About approval of the Instruction for rendering assistance in the labor and household device to persons exempted from places of detention" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 12, 8/7640).

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Department of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and deputy minister of internal affairs - the chief of militia of public safety.
