1. Approve the rates for the electrical energy released by the republican unitary enterprises of power industry of the national production association of power industry Belenergo for categories of the organizations, established at price level on electrical energy for the population according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 2008 No. 108 "About approval of rates for the electrical energy released by the republican unitary enterprises of power industry of the national production association of power industry Belenergo for categories of the organizations established at price level on electrical energy for the population" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 132, 8/18835).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
