1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for calculation of length of service and payment of monthly length-of-service allowance to workers and employees of bodies, divisions and organizations of system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2005 No. 8 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for calculation of length of service and payment of monthly length-of-service allowance to workers and employees of bodies and divisions for emergency situations of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 70, 8/12483).
