1. Establish the List of the medicines of the Belarusian (Russian) production obligatory for availability in drugstores of all patterns of ownership enabling retail sale of medicines according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2005 No. 17 "About approval of the list of the medicines of national production obligatory for availability in drugstores of all patterns of ownership" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 108, 8/12829);
the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 29, 2006 No. 77 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2005 No. 17" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 168, 8/15122);
