1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on payment procedure of work of interim (anti-recessionary) managers in proceeedings about economic insolvency (bankruptcy).

2. This resolution becomes effective since May 19, 2004.

Regulations on payment procedure of work of interim (anti-recessionary) managers in proceeedings about economic insolvency (bankruptcy)

1. This Provision establishes payment procedure of work of interim (anti-recessionary) managers (further - the managing director) for implementation of the powers in procedures of economic insolvency (bankruptcy) in the relation:

the city-forming or equated to them organizations;

state organizations;

the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs having the state and international orders;

other debtors on whom state bodies declared the petition before economic court appointment of managing directors from among the candidacies proposed by them.
