About approval of the instruction about procedure for the omission through frontier of the Republic of Belarus of persons, vehicles and goods at check points
For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of control concerning persons, vehicles and goods crossing Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the State committee of border troops of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for the omission through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus of persons, vehicles and goods at check points.
2. To chiefs of customs, commanders of connections and parts of border troops of the Republic of Belarus:
bring contents of this resolution to staff;
develop, approve with interested and approve schemes of the omission through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus of persons, vehicles and goods for each check point.
3. To the organizations - asset holders of check points:
provide installation of the signs explaining procedure for movement and passing of the corresponding types of control.
4. Declare invalid:
the standard technological scheme of interaction of public services of control on border check-points (customs clearance) approved by the State committee of border troops of the Republic of Belarus on September 14, 1995 and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus on September 18, 1995;
