For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan on regulation of process of resettlement and protection of the rights of immigrants, based on Articles 6 and 109 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation I oblige:

Apply full relief from customs payment to the goods and vehicles which are not intended for productive or other business activity, imported from the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation by the physical persons moving on the permanent residence from the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation and who got the permission to moving issued by Representative office of the Federal Migration Service of Russia under Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan (the form of such permission will be brought to the attention customs authorities in addition), in cases of observance by specified persons of the conditions provided by item 1.13 - 1.14 General rules of movement of the goods through customs border of the Russian Federation physical persons approved by the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 15.08.94 N 408 (with changes and additions made by the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 18.10.96 of N 645).
