About the Concept of further enhancement of the market relations in power industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Concept of further enhancement of the market relations in power industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (daleekontseption).
2. To the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the central executive and interested state bodies to take necessary measures for realization of the provisions provided by the Concept:
1) to develop and introduce in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in two-month time from the moment of adoption of this resolution the Actions plan approved in accordance with the established procedure on implementation of the specified Concept;
2) to be guided by this Concept in case of development of relevant decisions and development of program and planned documents.
3. Recognize invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2004 No. 190 "About measures for further development of the market relations in power industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 9, the Art. 107), except Item 3;
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 27, 2004 No. 987 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2004 No. 190" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 35, the Art. 466).
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
