According to Item 10 of the Regulations on purchase of goods, works and services for public funds approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.10.2008 N 921 (with changes) (further - the Provision), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for acceptance and publication of announcements concerning carrying out purchases of goods, works and services in the newsletter "The bulletin of public procurements" which is attached.
2. Determine that the announcement of carrying out purchases or carrying out preliminary qualification is published in the newsletter "The messenger of public procurements" free of charge.
Features of publication of announcements concerning carrying out purchases for the companies determined in the subitem 13 of Item 2 of the Provision can be established by the State self-supporting publishing and printing company "Vneshtorgizdat of Ukraine" in coordination with the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine.
3. Repeal the order of Ministry of Economics of 05.11.2008 N 634 "About approval of the Procedure for acceptance and publication of announcements concerning carrying out purchases of goods, works and services in the newsletter "The messenger of public procurements".
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
