The regulations on the special commission on questions of licensing of activities for rendering psychological assistance (further - the Provision) determine powers, procedure for education and activities of the special commission on questions of licensing of activities for rendering psychological assistance (further - the commission).
2. The main objectives of the commission are check of compliance of opportunities of the license applicant to licensed requirements and conditions regarding determination of the professional training level of persons who will directly give psychological assistance at job seekers of the licenses applying for receipt of special permission (license) for rendering psychological assistance (further - the license), the solution of the questions connected with it, and also consideration of other questions connected with rendering psychological assistance in the Republic of Belarus.
