1. Establish for the organizations performing activities for maintaining system of registers of security holders, the prudential standard rate - "Coefficient of sufficiency of equity".
Value of coefficient of sufficiency of equity shall make at least 1 daily.
2. Approve the enclosed Rules of calculation of the prudential standard rate for the organizations performing activities for maintaining system of registers of security holders.
