About approval of the Temporary procedure for the address with the confidential inventions created in the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of protection of state interests, issues on them security documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides settlements of the relations arising in connection with creation and use of confidential inventions:

1. Approve the enclosed Temporary procedure for the address with the confidential inventions created in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Provide to the central and other executive bodies (according to the enclosed list) it is right on acceptance to consideration of requests for confidential inventions, conducting on them examination, establishment of priority and decision making about issue of security documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the central and other executive bodies specified in the list:

form in structure of central offices patent divisions for implementation of the works connected with the state protection of confidential inventions in the limits approved by it the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of number and assignments for their content;

together with National patent authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop regulating documents on interaction and implementation of points of order of consideration of requests for confidential inventions, their examinations and issues of security documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Determine that financing of the works provided by the Temporary procedure, compensation payments, one-time cash incentive awards is performed, since 1997, at the expense of the funds of the republican budget allocated to the Ministry of naukiakademiya of sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan for science.
