About approval of Rules on creation, giving, consideration of the request for registration, registration and issue of the certificate for topology of integral chip

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 2001 "About legal protection of topology of integral chips" I ORDER to No. 217-II:

1. Approve "Rules on creation, giving, consideration of the request for registration, registration and issue of the certificate for topology of integral chip" (further - Rules).

2. To provide to management on ensuring state policy in the field of industrial property state registration of these rules.

3. Impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Sypchenkova Yu. N.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration.
