For the purpose of implementation of the Patent law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About trademarks, service marks and names of places of goods origin" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection of selection achievements" I order:
1. Approve Rules of giving and consideration in appeal council of the objections connected with patenting and registration of objects of industrial property.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the Regulations on procedure for consideration of disputes in Appeal Council of National patent authority under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Chairman of National patent authority under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 4, 1995 No. 22;
2) the Charter of Appeal Council of National patent authority under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Chairman of National patent authority under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 5, 1995 No. 23.
3. To provide to management on ensuring state policy in the field of industrial property state registration of this order.
