On the basis and in pursuance of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 16, 2002 No. 1258 "About streamlining of labor and business activity of the foreign citizens and stateless persons who are temporarily living in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for issue to foreign citizens and stateless persons of special permissions to the occupation right by labor activity in the Republic of Belarus.
2. Control of execution of requirements of this Instruction to assign to divisions on nationality and migration of Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk city executive committee, the Departments of Internal Affairs of regional executive committees, and also Department on nationality and migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
