1. Approve the enclosed Rules of application of measures of early reaction and technique of determination of the factors influencing deterioration in financial position, the accumulation pension fund and (or) the organization exercising investment control of pension assets, the insurance (reinsurance) organization.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To department of strategy and analysis (Abdrakhmanov N. A.):
1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution;
