About approval of the Procedure for carrying out calculation of the size of insurance indemnity to dependents in connection with the death of the supporter owing to the road accident

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out calculation of the size of insurance indemnity to dependents in connection with the death of the supporter owing to the road accident which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2005.

Calculation of the size of insurance indemnity which is paid to dependents in connection with the death of the supporter owing to the road accident (further - insurance indemnity) is carried out in borders of the limit of responsibility of the insurer for the harm done to life and health of victims determined by the legislation which affected date of the conclusion of the insurance contract of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles.
