1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of appointment and payment of one-time benefit in case of death (death), wound (contusion, injury or mutilation) or disability of the military personnel of the State Border Service and disability of persons exempted from military service (are applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 2, 2004 N 731 "About approval of the Procedure for appointment and carrying out compensation payments in case of death (death) or mutilation of the military personnel of the State Border Service" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, N 22, the Art. 1506);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 17, 2004 N 1549 "About modification of the Procedure for appointment and carrying out compensation payments in case of death (death) or mutilation of the military personnel of the State Border Service" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, N 46, the Art. 3035).
