About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming of reserve under transactions of banks of Ukraine with securities
According to article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", articles 7 and 59 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine, increase in efficiency and ensuring stable activities of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming of reserve under transactions of banks of Ukraine with securities it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.12.2003 N 561 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of fair value and reduction of usefulness of securities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 09.01.2004 for N 5/8604.
3. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 28.08.2001 of N 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.09.2001 for N 841/6032 (with changes), the following changes:
3.1. To add Item 1.7 of Chapter 1 of the Section II with the subitem "є" the following content:
"є) book value of securities in trade portfolio of bank, except the securities which are in property of bank:
