2) Rules of conducting examination of medicines, medical equipment and products of medical appointment in case of state registration, re-registration and modification of the registration file.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Health, education and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for health care and the Minister of Health of the Republic according to appendix.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Health A. T. Aydarkhanov.

4. This order becomes effective from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
