About approval of the Instruction about order of interaction of the responsible person of the office of local general court and the information and technical administrator of the Unified state register of judgments in case of collection, processing and posylaniye of copies of judgments in electronic form for entering into the Unified state register of judgments

For the purpose of ensuring operational and timely filling of the database of the Unified state register of judgments, in pursuance of Article part two 119, of Article 125, of Item 14-1 of part one of article 126 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About access to judgments", the Procedure for maintaining the Unified state register of judgments approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.05.2006 of N 740, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about order of interaction of the responsible person of the office of local general court and the information and technical administrator of the Unified state register of judgments in case of collection, processing and posylaniye of copies of judgments in electronic form for entering into the Unified state register of judgments (daleeinstruktion).

2. To chiefs of territorial administrations of public judicial administration in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to bring the Instruction to permission of chairmen of local general courts and to provide its accomplishment.
