About release of treasury bonds
For the purpose of process improvement of obligation fulfillment of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on repayment of budget debt to business entities and increases in their solvency the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for release, the address and repayment of treasury bonds.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
provide release of treasury bonds for the purpose of repayment of budget debt;
develop instructions for financial accounting of treasury bonds and transactions with them.
