3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the state material reserves and Committee on the state material reserves of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list to this order.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
