1. Approve the enclosed Rules of determination of state body or the organization by person responsible on obtaining and customs clearance of the goods provided within free financial and technical assistance to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
