For the purpose of prevention of payments crisis of payers of insurance premiums and in pursuance of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About release of payers of insurance premiums from payment of the financial sanctions and penalty fee added for untimely and (or) incomplete payment of insurance premiums" Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Provision "About Procedure for Release of Payers of Insurance Premiums from Payment of the Financial Sanctions and Penalty Fee Added for Untimely and (or) Incomplete Payment of Insurance Premiums".
2. To direct to management of the income of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic this resolution to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than 10 days from the date of its signing.
3. To department of interaction with the population, state bodies and addresses of pensioners, mass media of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- after registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic to publish this resolution in mass media;
- notify in writing the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic after publication of this resolution in mass media.
4. This resolution becomes effective after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and not earlier than fifteen days from the moment of official publication.
5. To send this resolution registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic to general department of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to district (city) managements of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic Tatkulov T. Zh.
