1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for organs harvesting and (or) fabrics at the cadaveric donor from the moment of ascertaining of death.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for organs harvesting and (or) fabrics at the cadaveric donor from the moment of ascertaining of death.
2. Organs harvesting and (or) fabrics at the cadaveric donor for transplantation can be carried out:
in the organizations of health care having intensive care unit and resuscitation (anesteziologo-reaniamatsionny department) and the operating room for hardware maintenance of functional reserve of internals before arrival of doctors-transplantologists and members of crew;
