About approval of the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts
According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 30.12.97 N 1396 (with changes), and Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies, bodies of economic board and control which affect the rights freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens or have interdepartmental nature, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.12.92 N 731 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts which is applied.
2. Recognize such which voided the Methodical recommendations concerning implementation by the Ministry and justice departments of checks of condition of compliance with law of state registration of regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 06.12.2002 N 105/5.
3. To provide to department of state registration of regulations (Butrimenko V. V.) state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. To department of state registration of regulations (Butrimenko V. V.) and Economic board (Zbanatskaya M. I.) provide bringing this order to data of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city justice departments.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister L. M. Gorbunova.
