The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out the state technical inspection of wheel vehicles which is applied.
2. Assign to the Ministry of Internal Affairs accomplishment of functions on the organization of carrying out the state technical inspection of wheel vehicles.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 26, 1993 N 141 "About approval of Rules of the state technical inspection of cars, buses, motor-transport and trail cars" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1993, N 7, the Art. 145);
Item of 1 change which is made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 2004 N 623 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, N 19, the Art. 1335).
3-1. Determine that till July 1, 2010 in case of absence within the territory of the region of subjects of housekeeping, upolnomochennykhn conducting check of technical condition of wheel vehicles during the state technical inspection, technical condition of vehicles is performed in Items of engineering supervision of the State traffic inspectorate which are located in the respective area.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
