1. Approve marginal selling prices on wheat flour for bread baking according to appendix.
2. Determine that:
2.1. marginal selling prices on wheat flour for bread baking, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, extend on all legal entities and the individual entrepreneurs who are engaged in production and realization of the specified products in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
2.2. forming of selling prices on wheat flour for bread baking on grades and brands is performed by the organizations manufacturers according to the Instruction about procedure for forming and use of the prices and rates approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2008 No. 183 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 223, 8/19435), proceeding from planned production costs, profitability at the rate to 15% to cost, all types of the established taxes and non-tax payments according to the tax and budget legislation, taking into account financial condition of the organizations, but not above the selling prices approved by marginal this resolution;
