For the purpose of optimum settlement of procedure for representation of the state in economic societies in which there is its share the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on representative office of the state in economic societies it (is applied).

2. To the central industry bodies of public management:

create the commissions on testing and appointment of representatives of the state in economic societies from the industry managed by them with issue of certificates on qualification to them;

bring the regulations into accord with this resolution.

3. Determine that economic societies in which established capital there is share of the state will perform compensation, annual payments and compensations to members of governing bodies in the sizes established by general meeting of data of economic societies.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 188 of March 29, 1996. "About representation of the owner of state-owned property in economic societies" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, N 31, the Art. 220).
