1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on Department of the international motor transportations Kyrgyzintrans under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- the scheme of management of Department of the international motor transportations Kyrgyzintrans under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring in accordance with the established procedure the regulatory legal acts providing reduction of earlier made decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with this resolution;

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of construction, transport and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
