About certification of produktion and services
This Law establishes legal, economic basis of certifications of produktion, works and services and other objects (daleeproduktion) in the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the rights, obligations and responsibility of participants of certifications.
Certification of products (further - certification) - activities for confirmation of conformity of produktion to the established requirements.
The state (national) system of certifications - the system which is operating at the national level, having own rules of procedure and managements for carrying out certifications.
The certificate of conformity (further - the certificate) - the document issued by rules of system of certifications for confirmation of conformity of certified products by the requirement of normal documents.
Mark of conformity - the sign registered in accordance with the established procedure which is confirmed compliance to the certification of products marked by it by the established requirement.
Certification is performed for the purpose of:
protection of consumer interests in products safety issues for life, health and property, environmental protection, information compatibility and interchangeability of products, creation of conditions for activities of the companies, organizations, the organizations and entrepreneurs in the single goods market of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also for participation in International economic, sci-tech cooperation and international trade, assistance to consumers in the competent choice of products, confirmation of the indicators of product quality declared by the manufacturer (seller) Sertifikation can have binding and voluntary nature.
