About Recommendations of National Bank of Moldova about internal control systems in commercial banks of the Republic of Moldova

1. Approve Recommendations about internal control systems in banks of the Republic of Moldova (are applied).
2. To banks to develop the mechanism of internal control, considering Recommendations of National Bank.
3. Control of observance of this decision is imposed on department of regulation and banking supervision (Mr. Radu Mustyatsa).
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of approval with publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
