1. Approve the Procedure of control of quality of donor blood and its components issued by the organizations of health care (structural divisions) performing procurement, conversion, storage and safety of donor blood and its components according to appendix.
2. To Federal Medical Biological Agency to exercise control of quality of donor blood and its components issued by the organizations of health care (structural divisions) performing procurement, conversion, storage and safety of donor blood and its components according to the Procedure approved by this order and to make explanations to legal entities and physical persons on the questions connected with control of quality of donor blood and its components.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of health care and social development of the Russian Federation V. I. Skvortsova.
