About the state protection and support of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tajikistan
This Law determines general provisions of state are sewn up, support and free development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tajikistan, establishes forms and methods of the state stimulation and regulation of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship.
