1. Approve Regulations on implementation of public procurements of goods through Universal commodity exchange it (is applied).
2. To public procurements agency and Universal commodity exchange in 3-month time to develop and approve standard documentation on bidding procedure implementation.
3. To confer responsibility for accomplishment of this resolution on the Ministry of Economy and Trade and public procurements Agency.
