About leasing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 1997 N 587 "About leasing", and also for the purpose of improvement of the investment climate and streamlining of leasing activities in the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve enclosed Regulations on leasing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and action for development of leasing in the Republic of Belarus.
2. At the scheduled time to provide to the ministries and other republican state bodies reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 1997 N 587 "About leasing" and this resolution.
3. To assign coordination of accomplishment of the actions for development of leasing in the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution to the Ministry of Economics.
4. Ceased to be valid
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 1998.
