About mobilization preparation and mobilization

This Law establishes the legal basis of mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the rights, obligations and responsibility of state bodies, companies, organizations and organizations, irrespective of patterns of ownership, officials and citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in this area.

Article 1. Concept of mobilization preparation and mobilization

Mobilization preparation in the Republic of Tajikistan is complex of the events held in peace time, for advance preparation of economy of the Republic of Tajikistan, state bodies, companies, organizations and organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership and conditions of managing (further the companies) Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, other troops, military forming, bodies and created on wartime of special forming to ensuring protection of the state against armed attack and requirements satisfaction of the state and needs of the population in wartime.

Mobilization is complex of actions for transfer of economy of the Republic of Tajikistan, state bodies, companies for work in the conditions of wartime, to transfer of Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, other troops, military and special forming, into the organization and structure of wartime.

Mobilization in the Republic of Tajikistan can be general or partial. General mobilization covers all subjects listed in part one of this Article and is carried out in the territory of all republic. Partial mobilization snips off part of the subjects listed in part one of this Article and is carried out in certain regions of the republic.

Public authorities, Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, other troops, military and special forming, and also the companies, officials and citizens bear responsibility for mobilization preparation and mobilization.
