Some questions of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine which are applied.
2. Add the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2006 N 1001 "About approval of the State strategy of regional development for the period till 2015" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 30, the Art. 2132) Item of the following content:
"5. Assign to the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of task on coordination within its powers of activities central and local executive bodies on development and accomplishment of actions plans on strategy implementation.".
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 13, 2006 N 1725 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Ukraine (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 50, the Art. 3339).
4. To the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning reduction in compliance with this resolution of regulatory legal acts concerning forming and ensuring realization of the state regional policy and policy in the field of construction, architecture and town-planning.
