For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of banks of the second level, the insurance (reinsurance) organizations, insurance holding, open-end accumulation pension funds, Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue, refusal in issue and withdrawal of consent to acquisition of the status of the large member of bank, bank holding, the large member of the insurance (reinsurance) organization, the large member of the open-end accumulation pension fund.
2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its action extends to the relations which arose since March 1, 2008.
4. To department of strategy and analysis (Dilimbetova G. A.):
1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution;
2) in ten-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution to bring it to the attention of the interested divisions of the Agency, Consolidation of legal entities "The association of financiers of Kazakhstan".
