The standard regulations on the industrial park (further - provision) are developed for the purpose of implementation of the Law on the industrial N 164-XVI parks of July 13, 2007 and establish procedure for creation and functioning in the Republic of Moldova of the industrial park created based on public property and also determine the principles of management of the production park, the rights and obligations of physical persons and legal entities - residents of the industrial park.
The provision serves as sample for the central industry bodies of public management and bodies of local public authority, and also for other persons who initiate creation of the industrial park.
