1. Approve the enclosed list of the made and imported goods which producers and importers shall perform collection of the waste which is formed after loss of consumer properties of these goods.
2. To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection in a month in coordination with the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities to establish procedure for the organization of collection, neutralization and (or) use of the waste which is formed after morning you consumer properties of the goods included in the list specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 2, 2008, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of the official publication this on formation.
