1. Rules of determination of operator company (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 6, 2007 "About special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and establish procedure for determination of operator company for involvement of participants of special economic zone (further - SEZ), effective providing them with infrastructure resources and other conditions for implementation of priority types of activity.
2. The concepts and terms used in these rules are applied according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. These rules are not applied in case of determination of operator company according to the legislation on public procurements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The authorized body determines operator company by carrying out tender.
5. For carrying out tender, the authorized body creates tender committee.
The tender committee is formed on each tender separately.
