1. Approve the enclosed Concept of forming and development of industrial and innovative infrastructure (special economic and industrial zones, technoparks, business incubators).
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 21, 2006 No. 1098 "About the Concept of creation of industrial zones" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 42, the Art. 463).
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
