About establishment of procedure for production of forms of securities and documents of strict accounting

For the purpose of improvement of the organization of production of forms of securities, documents of strict accounting and protection of the capitals of investors who make the investments in securities the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

production of forms of securities and documents of strict accounting is performed only on the state specialized enterprises which are protected by law-enforcement bodies;

production and import of forms of securities, documents of strict accounting and signs of post payment, and also materials and semifinished products for their production is performed only according to the licenses granted by the Ministry of Finance.

The Ministry of Finance is granted exclusive right to grant permission for acquisition and use of perforation and printing numerators, except numerators which are used for numbering of national monetary unit, all types of color copiers and printers, their movement of the territories of Ukraine and out of its limits with the obligatory message on it in law-enforcement bodies.

2. To the Ministry of Finance together with Security service and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in three-months time to develop and approve rules of production of forms of securities and documents of strict accounting.

3. Approve the Nomenclature of forms of securities and documents of strict accounting which are made according to the license of the Ministry of Finance, according to appendix.
