For the purpose of reduction in compliance with provisions of the Law on public debt, the state guarantees and the state recrediting of N419-XVI of 22.12.2006, based on Articles 11, the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES: 26 and 40 Laws on National Bank of Moldova

II. Repeal the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova, the N2 protocol of January 20, 1995 on approval of the Instruction about placement, the address and repayment of government securities in the form of records on accounts (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova N65-66/82 of 10.10.1996), with subsequent changes and amendments.
III. This resolution is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective on September 9, 2007.
