About approval of the Amount of payment for provision of services by bodies and divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Procedure for their collection

According to requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2007 N795 "About Approval of the List of Paid Services Which Can Be Provided by Bodies and Divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" is ORDERED:

1. Approve the Amount of payment for provision of services by bodies and divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Procedure for collection of payment for provision of services by bodies and divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (are applied).

2. To heads of structural divisions of central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, chiefs of GUMVD, Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide the decisions concerning paid services which can be provided by bodies and divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in compliance to this order.

3. Repeal the joint order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 16, 2001 N549/333/147 "About Approval of the Sizes of Service Fee Which Are Provided by Divisions of the State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and the Procedure for Their Collection" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 20, 2001 for N612/5803.

4. Recognize invalid orders:

- The Ministries of Finance of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 17, 1993 N58 "About Approval of the Procedure for Introduction and Use of Service Fee, Connected with Acquisition, Storage, Accounting, Shipment of Firearms, Ammunition to It, Explosive Materials, and also concerning Objects to Which the Authorization System Extends" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 27, 1993 for N117;
