1. Approve Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision which are applied.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 2005 N590 "About Formation of State Department of Industrial Safety, Labor Protection and Mountain Supervision" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, N 29, the Art. 1713);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 15, 2005 N1090 "About Approval of the Provision about State Department of Industrial Safety, Labor Protection and Mountain Supervision" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, N 46, the Art. 2888);
Item of 11 changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather state target programs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 2006 N1022 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 30, by the Art. 2142);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 15, 2006 N1315 "Questions of the State Committee on Industrial Safety, Labor Protection and Mountain Supervision" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 38, the Art. 2590).
3. Take into consideration that the State committee on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision is placed under lease in rooms of the house on Ulitsa Esplanadnoy, 8/10, in Kiev.
