1. Approve the enclosed Rules of inventory count of emissions of the hazardous (contaminating) substances, harmful physical impacts on atmospheric air and their sources.
2. To direct to department of environmental assessment and regulation of environmental management of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Urmanov I. B.) this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To provide to department of environmental assessment and regulation of environmental management of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Urmanov I. B.) official publication of this order in mass media.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bekzhanov Zh. L.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of their first official publication.
