About features of functioning of duty-free shops

For the purpose of streamlining of activities of duty-free shops and enhancement of procedure for their functioning:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the goods placed under customs regime of duty-free trade are implemented on boards of aircrafts of the Belarusian aviation organizations performing the international airborne transportations of passengers and also in the duty-free shops located:

at the check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus which are in the airports open for the international message, and created by legal entities according to appendix;

on customs area of the Republic of Belarus and created by public institution "Head department on servicing of diplomatic corps and official delegations Dipservice of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus or the legal entity whose founder is this public institution;

1.2. the duty-free shops which are not specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item or not conforming to requirements of the Regulations on duty-free shops approved by this Decree stop the activities after three months from the date of official publication of this Decree.

The termination of activities of duty-free shops is the basis for entering by the licensing body of corresponding changes into special permissions (licenses) for implementation of activities in the field of customs affairs issued before entry into force of this Decree or for cancellation of such special permissions (licenses).
